Since 2023, the "Kaufleute 2023" training plan - based on the Education Ordinance of August 16, 2021 - will apply to apprentices (starting in August 2023) for the first time.
In the courses for vocational and practical trainers, participants learn about the structure and content of the basic training for commercial clerks EFZ and receive the relevant tools for the international freight forwarding logistics sector so that they can implement them in everyday practice with the apprentices.
